Kimco Staffing is partnering with an industry-leading manufacturing company based in Huntington Beach, CA, to find a dynamic team member for a unique hybrid role. While the position title references Silk Screen Printing, the core mission focuses on elevating the brand's digital presence and community engagement.
This role exists to bridge the gap between the company's manufacturing roots and its modern consumer audience. You will serve as the voice of the brand across social channels, ensuring all communications are on-brand, consistent, and optimized for user experience. The day-to-day involves immersing yourself in the brand's mission and values to speak authentically from the brand's voice while managing a vibrant community on platforms like TikTok, Meta, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Beyond content creation and community management, you will act as a strategic partner in brand growth. This includes sourcing influencer opportunities, executing "Surprise and Delight" fan gifting, and supporting strategic acquisitions and brand partnerships. You will also maintain the integrity of the brand's digital footprint by auditing distributor websites and managing digital assets. Success in this role requires a blend of creative flair and operational discipline, as you will work collaboratively with internal teams to execute product launches and maintain critical deadlines.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key. You will be expected to work overtime as needed and adapt to schedule changes to meet business needs. Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- verified1 to 3 years' experience assisting with social media
