This position serves as a vital bridge between the brand and its community, requiring an individual who can authentically embody the company's mission, values, and tone of voice. The role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative content creation with strategic community management across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Day-to-day, you will immerse yourself in the brand culture to engage directly with consumers, fostering a strong community presence through monitoring, commenting, and replying to followers. You will curate engaging content, identify opportunities for 'Surprise and Delight' fan gifting, and source new influencer partnerships. Beyond social engagement, the role involves writing product website copy, communicating new launches to stakeholders, and ensuring digital assets are managed effectively across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who takes ownership of their work, maintains reliable attendance, and adheres to strict safety procedures and quality standards. You will work closely with the Digital Communication Manager and cross-functional teams to support strategic acquisition efforts, social promotions, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and respond to all communications with followers promptly to foster community presence
- check_circleSource new social influencer and content creator opportunities to build brand hype
- check_circleLead fulfillment and tracking of influencer and social fan giveaway packages
- check_circleWrite product website copy and communicate new product launches to key stakeholders
- check_circlePerform audits on distributor websites to ensure product information is up to date
- check_circleManage social media assets on the Digital Asset Manager for internal and external use
- check_circleCreate and maintain weekly social media metrics to support brand goals
- check_circleCreate and curate engaging content for multiple social platforms including photos, videos, and GIFs
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- verified1 to 3 years' experience assisting with social media
- verifiedExcellent knowledge of Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- verifiedExperience with Brand Ambassador platforms like BrandChamp
- verifiedStrong written communication skills
- verifiedAbility to write creative and engaging copy
- verifiedBasic understanding of SEO and website traffic metrics
- verifiedExperience marketing using social media platforms
- verifiedMust be able to stand for 8 hours per day
- verifiedMust be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test
