About the Role
We are searching for an SMT Technician to perform complex troubleshooting, repair, modification, and calibration of electronic, electrical, and electromechanical equipment and test systems on the PR12 Fuji Line. This position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location (Felicia Industrial Park).
You will play a vital part in managing our innovative products from inception to delivery. As an essential member of the production team, you will work primarily onsite to ensure the integrity of our manufacturing infrastructure. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment; relocation is not offered.

- check_circleCut, thread, bend, and secure electrical conduit and wiring according to specifications
- check_circleTroubleshoot electrical malfunctions and inspect circuits for proper shielding and grounding
- check_circleIdentify and diagnose system failures, replacing defective components as needed
- check_circleReview and optimize SMT equipment and process parameters for optimal performance
- check_circleSet, verify, and adjust machine parameters to ensure run integrity
- check_circleInspect and maintain SMT stencils to ensure proper condition and cleanliness
- check_circleVerify solder paste application and perform adjustments to maintain print quality
