We are seeking a confident, safety-oriented Small Diameter Superintendent to join our Florida operations, supporting projects across the Miami region. This position specializes in the installation of small diameter micropiles and plays a critical role in overseeing field operations to ensure project success.
This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring full-time presence in the Miami area. You will serve as the bridge between laborers and engineers, managing the day-to-day rhythm of the job site. From interpreting complex construction plans to training skilled craft workers, your leadership will directly impact the quality, safety, and efficiency of our micropile installations. You will be responsible for the procurement of tools and materials while resolving on-site issues to keep production moving forward.
