We are seeking a confident, safety-oriented Small Diameter Superintendent to join our Florida operations, supporting projects across the Miami region. This position specializes in the installation of small diameter micropiles and plays a critical role in overseeing field operations to ensure project success. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring full-time presence in the Miami area.
In this capacity, you will serve as the bridge between our engineering teams and the workforce on the ground. You will interpret construction plans, manage the procurement of tools and materials, and develop skilled craft workers. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with personnel at all levels to resolve issues and improve construction methods, ensuring that quality, safety, and efficiency remain the top priorities on every job site.
