About the Role
We are seeking Assemblers, Servers, Stackers, Loaders, and Material Handlers to join our team at Jabil in Florence, KY. This role is designed for individuals ready to start a new career in a stable, climate-controlled, and clean manufacturing environment. You will perform basic, standardized, and repetitive electronic assembly operations, utilizing visual aids to prepare and manually assemble components. The position involves visually inspecting parts for proper insertion and placement, as well as using bar code scanners and small hand tools to ensure assemblies are handled and marked correctly.
This opportunity offers on-the-job training and the potential to transition to a full-time employee based on performance and attendance. You will work in a supportive setting that includes a lunchroom with a market shop, refrigerators, microwaves, water, and coffee. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to choose your preferred workdays with rotating shifts (Sun-Tue/Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat/Thu-Sat) available in 6 am-6 pm or 6 pm-6 am windows.
