About the Role
Property Adjusters at Liberty Mutual investigate commercial property claims, evaluating damages and determining coverage to set accurate loss cost estimates. The role is designed to control insured exposures, manage consultants, and achieve prompt, fair, and equitable settlements in accordance with fair claims handling requirements. Adjusters negotiate settlements for claims of varying complexity and perils, ensuring that policy liability is addressed with integrity and precision.
Training is a critical component of success in this position, and that success starts with reliable attendance. Attendance and active engagement during training are mandatory. Successful candidates will also be called upon for catastrophe duty, requiring the ability and willingness to travel to sites for assignments that may last several weeks.
