About the Role
The Busser plays an important role in upholding the elevated dining standards and guest experience associated with theWit hotel and State & Lake Chicago Tavern. You will support front-of-house operations by assisting servers, delivering food, maintaining dining areas, and ensuring guests receive attentive and seamless service. This position is key to maintaining a collaborative "Whatever It Takes" team culture and delivering Four Diamond hospitality standards in a high-volume restaurant environment.
