The Skillbridge program at Maximus is a 24-week intensive trainee opportunity designed to bridge the gap between military service and civilian career success. This specific track focuses on Recruitment Marketing Performance & Optimization, offering a unique chance to support the Maximus recruitment marketing teams in enhancing performance visibility, data accuracy, and optimization capabilities.
As a trainee, you will not only learn the intricacies of the recruitment marketing ecosystem but also actively contribute to auditing tracking frameworks, analyzing campaign performance, and recommending structural improvements. This role is built for individuals eager to develop analytical, auditing, and optimization skills across digital recruitment channels while supporting data-driven decision-making for internal stakeholders.
The program is structured to take you from foundational knowledge to advanced application over six months:
Weeks 1-2: Orientation & Overview Begin by understanding Maximus's mission, organizational structure, and recruitment marketing goals. You will gain insight into key stakeholders and the performance measurement approach used across the organization.
Weeks 3-22: Immersion & Execution This core phase covers the recruitment marketing ecosystem, including key platforms, data sources, and ATS integrations. You will learn and apply audit methodologies to conduct structured reviews of tracking, reporting, and campaign measurement systems. Hands-on work includes auditing UTMs, dashboards, and campaign setups, followed by deep-dive analysis of campaign performance, attribution, and funnel data to identify optimization opportunities. You will also research industry benchmarks, apply advanced optimization strategies, and assist in automating reporting workflows to improve efficiency.
Weeks 23-24: Wrap-Up & Transition Conclude the program with a final review, documentation of your work, and a comprehensive program evaluation to prepare for your next career step.
