The Skillbridge program at Maximus is a 6-month (24-week) intensive trainee opportunity designed to bridge the gap between education and professional practice. This role serves as a foundational entry point for individuals to develop specialized skills in recruitment marketing, data analytics, and performance optimization within a dynamic government contracting environment.
As a Recruitment Marketing Performance & Optimization Associate Specialist, you will support Maximus's recruitment marketing teams by enhancing performance visibility, ensuring data accuracy, and driving optimization capabilities. This position is not just about executing tasks; it is about developing a deep analytical mindset to support data-driven decision-making for internal stakeholders.
Your journey begins with a comprehensive orientation to Maximus's mission, organizational structure, and recruitment marketing goals. Over the subsequent months, you will immerse yourself in the recruitment marketing ecosystem, learning to identify key platforms, data sources, and ATS integrations. You will gain hands-on experience conducting structured audits of tracking and reporting frameworks, analyzing campaign performance across digital channels, and performing attribution and funnel analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
Throughout the program, you will apply analytical insights to recommend campaign and budget strategies, assist in automating reporting workflows, and research industry benchmarks to stay ahead of trends. The role culminates in a final review and transition phase where you will document your findings and evaluate the program's impact.
