This specific track focuses on Digital Advertising Recruitment, providing trainees with hands-on experience within Maximus's recruitment marketing teams.

About the Role

As a Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist, you will serve as a vital support member in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns. This role is designed to immerse you in the full lifecycle of employer branding and talent acquisition marketing. You will assist in crafting strategies, developing audience segments, and building email nurture campaigns while gaining proficiency in digital and social advertising platforms.

Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating on content creation, managing social media, auditing landing pages, and writing copy for recruitment ads. You will also support the promotion of hiring events, both virtual and on-site, and work closely with recruiters and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency and compliance. By the end of the program, you will have developed a robust portfolio of campaign assets and a deep understanding of performance analytics and A/B testing.

Program Structure

The 24-week journey is structured to take you from foundational knowledge to independent execution:

• Weeks 1-2 (Orientation & Fundamentals): You will begin by understanding Maximus's core mission, recruitment marketing basics, and essential concepts.
• Weeks 3-22 (Campaign Planning & Execution): This core phase covers the practical application of your skills. You will support the planning and execution of recruitment campaigns, assist in developing marketing content, and gain hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms. Responsibilities include supporting email nurture campaigns, promoting recruitment events, and learning tracking and reporting methodologies. You will also assist in campaign optimization, support career website updates, explore new tools, and conduct industry research to identify competitive insights.
• Weeks 23-24 (Wrap-Up & Transition): The program concludes with a final review, documentation of your work, and a comprehensive program evaluation.
