About the Role
As a Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist, you will serve as a vital support pillar for the team, bridging the gap between military experience and civilian recruitment marketing. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will assist in crafting integrated marketing campaigns, developing audience segments, and managing email nurture sequences to build a robust talent network.
The role is highly collaborative. You will work alongside recruiters and cross-functional partners to promote hiring events, create graphics, manage social media, and audit landing pages. From copy-writing to digital ad management, you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of recruitment marketing. The position is designed to be a comprehensive learning experience, moving from foundational orientation in the first two weeks to deep-dive campaign execution and analytics for the majority of the program, culminating in a final wrap-up and transition review.
