The Skillbridge program at Maximus is a 24-week intensive trainee opportunity designed to bridge the gap between education and professional practice. This role serves as a foundational entry point for individuals seeking to launch a career in recruitment marketing, offering a structured environment to master the intersection of data, strategy, and candidate engagement.
As a Recruitment Marketing Performance & Optimization Associate Specialist, you will support Maximus's recruitment marketing teams by enhancing performance visibility, ensuring data accuracy, and driving optimization capabilities. This position is not merely observational; it is an active, hands-on role focused on developing analytical, auditing, and optimization skills across digital recruitment marketing channels.
Your day-to-day will involve auditing existing tracking and reporting frameworks, analyzing campaign performance, and validating data integrity. You will work to recommend improvements to reporting structures and measurement methodologies, directly supporting data-driven decision-making for internal stakeholders. The role is designed to immerse you in the recruitment marketing ecosystem, from understanding ATS integrations and data sources to performing deep-dive attribution and funnel analysis on candidate journey data.
The 6-month program is structured to take you from foundational knowledge to advanced application:
Weeks 1-2: Orientation & Overview Begin by understanding Maximus's mission, organizational structure, and the specific goals of the recruitment marketing team. You will learn the stakeholders involved and the core approach to performance measurement.
Weeks 3-22: Immersion & Execution This core phase focuses on the recruitment marketing ecosystem. You will identify key platforms, data sources, and tracking concepts. The curriculum covers audit methodologies, where you will learn to conduct structured audits of tracking and reporting systems. You will perform hands-on audits of UTMs, dashboards, and campaign setups, followed by analyzing campaign performance across various channels. The training deepens into attribution and funnel analysis to identify optimization opportunities, applying these insights to recommend campaign and budget strategies. You will also assist in automating reporting workflows, research industry benchmarks, and propose continuous improvements to the team's processes.
Weeks 23-24: Wrap-Up & Transition The program concludes with a final review, documentation of your work, and a program evaluation to ensure a smooth transition into your next professional step.
To apply, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The program is open to those ready to commit to the full 24-week duration.
