About the Program
This 16-week opportunity is designed specifically for service members with 180 days or fewer remaining before discharge. It offers practical, industry-relevant training to support a successful transition into civilian careers within the Rocky Mountains Region (Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado).
What You Will Gain
Participants will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of our business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources. You will learn our business model, company culture, and core values while building on your existing skills through structured, on-the-job training. The program aims to prepare you for post-program career paths such as Operations Manager, Operations Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or Inside Sales Representative.
