This specific trainee role is designed to immerse participants in the world of recruitment marketing within a large-scale organization.
As a Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist, you will serve as a vital support member of the Maximus recruitment marketing team. Your primary mission is to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns that attract high-quality talent. This role is not merely observational; it is a hands-on training ground where you will actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, manage social media channels, create graphics, and audit landing pages.
Your day-to-day activities will involve crafting integrated marketing strategies, developing audience segments, and building email nurture campaigns. You will act as a brand ambassador at various virtual and on-site career fairs, promoting hiring events and engaging directly with potential candidates. The role requires a blend of creative collaboration and analytical rigor, as you will generate monthly reports on key metrics, research industry trends, and suggest improvements to enhance the candidate experience.
