This specific role is a Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist trainee position with Maximus, designed to immerse participants in the dynamic field of recruitment marketing and employer branding.
As a trainee, you will serve as a vital support member of Maximus's recruitment marketing team. Your primary mission is to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns that attract high-quality talent. You will act as a brand ambassador, representing Maximus at virtual and on-site career fairs and on-campus recruiting events.
Your day-to-day involvement will span the full spectrum of recruitment marketing. You will collaborate on developing integrated marketing strategies, crafting audience segments, and building email nurture campaigns. The role offers hands-on experience with digital and social advertising platforms, including managing digital ads, creating graphics, and auditing landing pages. You will also contribute to copy-writing efforts and support the promotion of hiring events across various channels.
Beyond execution, you will engage in strategic analysis by generating monthly reports on key metrics, researching industry trends, and suggesting improvements to enhance the candidate experience. The program is structured to take you from foundational concepts in the first two weeks through intensive campaign planning, content creation, and analytics learning during weeks 3-22, culminating in a wrap-up and transition phase in the final two weeks.
