The SkillBridge initiative, hosted at skillbridge.osd.mil, offers a unique 24-week (6-month) opportunity for transitioning service members to gain real-world experience in the civilian workforce. This specific track places you within the Maximus recruitment marketing team, where you will serve as a Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist Trainee.
As a trainee, you will act as a vital support to the team in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns. This role is designed to immerse you in the full lifecycle of employer branding and talent acquisition marketing. You will move beyond theory to gain hands-on experience with digital and social advertising platforms, email nurture campaigns, and performance analytics.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with recruiters and cross-functional partners to promote hiring events, audit landing pages, and assist in creating marketing content and campaign assets. You will also be responsible for ensuring all activities align with brand and compliance standards while researching industry trends to propose continuous improvements to the candidate experience.
