The SkillBridge initiative, hosted at skillbridge.osd.mil, offers a unique 6-month (24-week) training opportunity designed to transition service members into civilian careers. This specific track focuses on Digital Advertising Recruitment, providing trainees with hands-on experience within Maximus's recruitment marketing teams.
As a Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist, you will serve as a vital support to the team in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns. This role is designed to immerse you in the full lifecycle of employer branding and talent acquisition marketing.
Your day-to-day will involve crafting strategies for audience segmentation, building email nurture campaigns, and managing digital advertising platforms. You will collaborate on content creation, assist with graphics and copywriting, and conduct audits of landing pages. Beyond execution, you will analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and research industry trends to suggest improvements to the candidate experience.
