This position supports the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3, specifically the Enterprise Operations and Maintenance Task Order. You will provide critical IT platform and network services to USSOCOM, its Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), deployed forces, and end-users. This role is pivotal to maintaining the 24x7x365 operational readiness of the Special Operations Command Information Technology Enterprise.
Located at Hurlburt Field, FL, you will be the frontline support for end users and missions across various components and commands. Your day-to-day work involves managing end-user devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless connectivity whether wired or wireless. You will play a key role in the lifecycle of IT assets, from building and configuring equipment to managing complex migrations and upgrades. By integrating remote access solutions and supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) clients, you ensure that our warfighters and support staff have the reliable tools they need to operate globally.
