About the Role
As a Site Scheduler at Plastipak, you serve as the operational hub coordinating the flow of work and materials across departments to align with production schedules. This role is critical for ensuring the timely delivery of products by bridging the gap between customer specifications, vendor capabilities, and internal manufacturing goals. You will work closely with production managers and corporate offices to formulate long-term plans, manage inventory levels, and facilitate inter-plant transfers.
In this position, you will not only monitor production progress and material inventory but also act as a key liaison for resolving shipping and processing issues with customers and vendors. Your work directly impacts the site's goals for quality, reliability, and safety, requiring a proactive approach to identifying and reporting food safety issues. The role may also involve visiting customer sites to assist in improving production efficiency and product delivery.

Requirements
