We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, and hands-on assembly of advanced systems. You will play a key role in supporting our customers by managing inbound calls, resolving system-related issues, and assisting with the assembly, setup, and testing of our high-end driving simulators. This role serves as a bridge between our technical operations and our customers, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and accuracy.
