About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make your coffeehouse a welcoming space for your community. You will partner with your team to prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers. This role is about empowering your team, coordinating tasks, and ensuring a high-quality experience for every guest who walks through the door.
