The Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture during shift management. This role is vital to maintaining the high-energy environment that defines our brand.
You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, interacting with customers and managing operations both inside and outside in varied temperatures. The role involves working with food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning products. As a manager on duty, you will open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling, and direct crewmembers to ensure exemplary customer service and facility cleanliness.
