About the Role
The Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture during shift management. This role is vital to ensuring operations meet company standards in all restaurant zones. You will act as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, and directing crewmembers to provide exemplary customer service.
The physical work environment is fast-paced, requiring extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. You will interact with customers and work both inside and outside in varied temperatures, handling food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning products. Personal protective equipment is required for certain tasks.
