The Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture during shift management. You will act as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, and ensuring accountability across all restaurant zones.
This role thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will interact with customers and crewmembers while navigating varied temperatures, working with food products and allergens, and utilizing industrial equipment. Success requires the ability to direct crew, provide exemplary customer service, and maintain a clean, safe facility.
