About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will serve as a key leader who recognizes the importance of our people to strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals. Your primary focus is to teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members while actively participating in monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
You will oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. By ensuring that store policies and practices are implemented and followed, you will help maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. This role requires a high standard for integrity, a positive approach to training, and the ability to build an environment of trust.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a rotating 3-week schedule with work days that vary. You can expect a 45-hour work week, with shifts typically running from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm. The role reports directly to the Assistant Manager.
