This off-shift position is located within our Plant 3 and serves as a vital link between planning, management, and execution. The role is designed to direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce products of high quality in the most efficient and safe manner, ensuring that scheduling meets both business and customer needs.
You will act as a strategic partner to the planning process, anticipating the needs of multiple stakeholder groups to prepare operations for optimal execution. As a leader, you will foster a culture of reliability and continuous improvement, leading by example to facilitate a safe environment and eliminate waste. Your day-to-day involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels, acting as a liaison to ensure accurate instructions are furnished and that the flow of product through the operation is managed effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for observing performance through the lens of data and patterns, enabling accuracy in scheduling and quality in production. You will inspire ownership among your team, accepting accountability for performance while inviting others to measure and improve their own work. Whether dealing with the unforeseen or managing labor schedules, you will maintain approachability and effectively advocate for the business.
