This off-shift position is located within our Plant 3 and serves as a vital link between planning, management, and execution. The role is designed to direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce products of high quality in the most efficient and safe manner, ensuring that scheduling meets both business and customer needs.
You will act as a strategic partner to the planning process, anticipating needs and preparing operations for optimal execution. As a leader, you will facilitate a safe environment, improve processes to eliminate waste, and align resources to desired outcomes. The role requires a "finger on the pulse" of plant operations, enabling you to see and hear through the lens of performance to make data-driven recommendations. You will be responsible for managing the flow of product through the operation, resolving production problems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership among your team.

Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment. Experience with TPM, Synchronous Mfg., and Kaizen Concepts. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, good team building skills, excellent people skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, technically oriented. Energetic and self-starter, able to promote and implement change, good PC skills, good telephone skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to promote a continuous improvement atmosphere.
Skills: TPM, Synchronous MFG, Kaizen Concepts, 6S.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
