This off-shift position is located within our Plant 3 and serves as a vital link between planning, management, and execution. The role is designed to direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce products of high quality in the most efficient and safe manner, ensuring that scheduling meets both business and customer needs.
You will act as a strategic partner to the planning process, anticipating the needs of multiple stakeholder groups to prepare operations for optimal execution. By leading by example and facilitating a safe environment, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of ABS principles and the 6S program. Your day-to-day involves balancing priorities across multiple projects, resolving operational and maintenance problems to prevent delays, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability among your team.

Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment. Experience with TPM, Synchronous Mfg., and Kaizen Concepts. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, good team building skills, excellent people skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, technically oriented. Energetic and self-starter, able to promote and implement change, good PC skills, good telephone skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to promote a continuous improvement atmosphere.
Skills: TPM, Synchronous MFG, Kaizen Concepts, 6S.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
