As a Shift Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant during your assigned shift. You will model outstanding customer service, resolve concerns with demanding guests, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Your day involves managing daily operations, supervising crew members, and ensuring that food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. You will provide coaching and real-time feedback to help crew members grow while holding the team accountable to company policies.

Work Environment
