As a Shift Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant during your assigned shift. Your day involves managing daily operations, supervising crew members, and ensuring that food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. You will provide coaching and real-time feedback to help crew members grow while holding the team accountable to company policies.
