About the Role
DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead our events from initial setup through final breakdown. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in hospitality, value teamwork, and enjoy solving problems while ensuring every guest feels cared for.
As the Banquet Captain, you will guide the banquet team during events, support the client experience, and ensure that every event detail is executed with precision. You will serve as a key point of contact, helping the team stay focused, prepared, and professional throughout the event lifecycle.
This role offers a dynamic mix of on-site and off-site events, requiring a valid driver's license to travel to various function sites. If you are organized, remain calm under pressure, and are ready to lead by example, we would love to meet you.
