Whether assisting guests via phone, email, Salesforce, online chat, or in person, your goal is to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere while accurately managing transactions and data. You will also play a key role in promoting THE FLASH PASS program, guiding guests through mobile registration, and ensuring valid entry for all visitors.
This position offers a day-in-the-life filled with interaction and problem-solving. You will utilize specialized computer programs and handheld scanners to manage guest flow, while adhering to strict confidentiality and cleanliness standards. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, make crucial decisions on the spot, and adapt to various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support the park's operational needs.
