Shift Managers are entry-level management members developing the skill set to properly and efficiently manage a high-performing store. This role serves as a critical pipeline for Assistant Manager positions, as the Shift Manager pool is utilized to fill these spots as Management members continue to promote within the company.
The chief responsibility is to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced yet fun working environment, possesses a passion for customer service, and can help maintain positive crew morale. Success in this role requires adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to handle cash management, people management, and time management effectively.
Starting wage for newly hired Shift Managers is based on prior experience, generally starting at minimum wage plus $0.50 for the initial 30-day training period, with raises available based on performance reviews by Regional Supervisors. Top Shift Manager pay is $2.50 over minimum wage plus a monthly bonus, ranging from $100 to $250 per month, based on store and individual performance toward set goals.
For those advancing to Assistant Manager, pay is dependent on store volume, shift availability, and skill set tier, starting at $19.25 up to $21.00 an hour. This includes a monthly bonus base of $350 to $1,000, with the potential to earn 130% based on meeting goals, producing a potential monthly bonus range of $455 to $1,300. The West Plains Team's 2025 bonus average was 110%, and we are seeking individuals driven to succeed to continue this high performance.
We offer signing bonuses after 30 days for qualified candidates with previous Domino's shift management experience or those transferring from another franchise. We ensure you are trained and have a positive learning experience when you join our team.
While performing the duties of this job, team members may be required to work outdoors in various temperatures, in noisy environments, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust, or toxic chemicals. The role can be physically demanding, requiring repetitive hand use, prolonged standing, bending, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, crouching, stooping, or kneeling.
