Shift Leader

About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor at an Independent Domino's Franchise, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant operations. Your mission is to ensure that every customer receives high-quality products and exceptional service, directly contributing to the restaurant's profitability and brand reputation. You will lead by example, managing daily operations while strictly adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices.

This role is about more than just supervision; it is about building a culture of teamwork, energy, and fun. You will be responsible for coaching team members to exceed customer expectations, maintaining adequate staffing levels, and fostering an environment where quality and customer focus are paramount. From safely interacting with customers at their homes to managing sensitive information and executing financial transactions, your leadership ensures the seamless flow of our business.

The Day-to-Day

Your day will be a dynamic mix of leadership and hands-on execution. You will supervise the restaurant team, ensuring everyone is trained, dressed to the standard, and ready to deliver. You will manage cash and inventory, process orders with precision, and respond promptly to any customer concerns, using feedback to continuously improve operations.

You will also be an active participant in the kitchen and delivery fleet. Whether you are preparing products, stocking ingredients, operating equipment, or delivering pizzas to customers' doors, you will maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will navigate varying work conditions, from the heat of the kitchen to the outdoors, ensuring that every task is completed with care and attention to detail.

Hiring Process
