About the Role

This role is designed for those who want a satisfying career with opportunities for advancement. As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your day will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards, and managing safety, security, and profitability. You will also communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a seamless transition.
