Your Day-to-Day

As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. Your day will involve managing safety, security, and profitability while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for success. You will also help your assigned departments meet their targets and manage tasks ranging from food safety and inventory to scheduling and training.
