As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will inspire your best work and move your career forward by choosing your hours, pursuing your education, and building your skills. This role is designed for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment.
