As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for every customer. You will be the face of the restaurant during your shift, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
Your day will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will monitor safety, security, and profitability while communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. You may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
