About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you are vital to the daily operations of our restaurant. You will partner with the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards across three key areas: the kitchen, our people, and our service. Your day involves leading important internal functions like employee training, food safety, and inventory management while effectively delegating tasks to ensure results.

You will direct the guest experience by ensuring all staff are trained and service areas are organized for success. This role requires you to take action first, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, and anticipate customer needs. Whether you are monitoring safety and profitability or helping departments meet their goals, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for every visitor.
