About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you will be vital to the operations within the restaurant. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for every customer. This role is about taking action first, leading important internal functions, and being results-oriented by effectively delegating tasks. You will directly support the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards in three key areas: overseeing kitchen operations, managing people through hiring and training, and delivering a memorable guest experience. It is a fast-paced environment where you will partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations while making decisions that drive success.
