The Shift Leader is the backbone of our restaurant operations, supervising shifts and work areas to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service are delivered. This role is critical for maintaining restaurant profitability and executing all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while upholding ethical business practices.
