About the Role

The Shift Leader is a pivotal role in the operation of a Papa John's restaurant, supervising shifts and work areas to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service are delivered. This position is designed for those who want a fulfilling career with a company that is always moving forward. While the work is complex and challenging, it is driven by a shared passion for pizza and the people who make it.

In this role, you will manage operations by executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices. Your day-to-day impact includes maintaining product quality, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring adequate shift coverage. You will exemplify our Core Values, maintain a positive attitude, and work flexibly to adapt to change, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and profitably.
