Break Time Shift Leaders serve as the vital first step into management at Break Time Convenience Stores. This role is designed for energetic team members who believe that it only takes a moment to make a customer's day better. As a leader on the floor, you will assist in the daily management and operations of the store, bridging the gap between customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
In this position, you will act as the manager's representative during assigned shifts, supervising the team, managing finances, and ensuring the facility runs smoothly. You will be the face of the store, engaging with customers to provide fast, friendly service while handling complaints with courtesy. Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, from executing marketing programs and maintaining inventory to overseeing food safety and managing cash transactions. Whether you are training new employees, conducting audits, or ensuring the store is ready for peak hours, your leadership sets the tone for the entire team.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license with adequate vehicle insurance for bank deposits. The selection process includes a successful pre-employment background check and drug test. We look for individuals who are flexible with availability, including weekends and holidays, and who can demonstrate the physical ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds.
