About the Role
Break Time Sales Associates are the energetic face of MFA Petroleum Company, dedicated to the belief that it only takes a moment to make a customer's day better. In this role, you will assist customers, process sales transactions, and perform essential operational duties to keep the convenience store clean, well-stocked, and running efficiently.
You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, greeting them with a friendly demeanor and providing fast, courteous service. Your day involves handling transactions accurately, managing merchandise from vendor check-ins to stocking shelves and coolers, and ensuring the store environment remains inviting. Beyond the counter, you will collaborate with a team to maintain store cleanliness, adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, and utilize store technology to complete shift reports and inventory counts.
