About the Role

As a Shift Leader, you will be the backbone of our operations during your assigned shift, responsible for managing both the processes and the people needed to deliver a great, friendly guest experience. You will oversee product preparation to ensure it meets operational and quality standards while managing the service provided by the store team.

Your day will involve providing leadership, direction, and coaching to Crew Members. You will assign positions, set clear shift expectations, and motivate the team by providing timely feedback to correct deficiencies or reward success. You will deploy team members appropriately to meet guest needs, drive a sense of urgency to resolve problems, and ensure that restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are properly executed. Additionally, you will monitor team performance to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, while ensuring compliance with all safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
