About the Shift Leader Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be the driving force behind the management of processes and people needed to deliver a great and friendly guest experience during your assigned shift. You will oversee product preparation according to operational and quality standards while managing the service provided by the store team.
Your day will involve providing leadership, direction, and coaching to Crew Members. You will assign crew positions, set shift expectations, motivate the team, and provide timely feedback to correct deficiencies or reward success. You will be responsible for deploying team members appropriately to meet guest needs, communicating goals, and holding the team accountable for performance. Additionally, you will drive a sense of urgency to satisfy guests, resolve problems, and ensure that restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are properly executed.
