About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be the heartbeat of your store during your assigned shift. Your primary mission is to manage the processes and people needed to deliver a great, friendly guest experience. You will oversee product preparation according to operational and quality standards while managing the service provided by the store team.
Beyond operations, you will provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Crew Members. You will assign positions, set shift expectations, motivate the team, and provide timely feedback to correct deficiencies or reward success. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring every guest leaves highly satisfied and that the restaurant runs with operational excellence.
