About the Role
The Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead serves as a vital bridge between the Practice Manager, the Chief of Staff, and the daily operations of the hospital. This role is designed to provide exceptional client and pet experiences while guiding the team to maximize productivity and profitability. Beyond leadership duties, the Shift Lead actively performs the responsibilities of a Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant as needed, ensuring seamless communication with all clients, internal stakeholders, and colleagues.
