About the Role
As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your primary mission is to run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner, taking full ownership and responsibility to solve problems while fostering a collaborative environment. You will be the bridge between management and the team, providing guidance and support to ensure every shift runs seamlessly.
In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant to our guests. You will personally demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority, ensuring food safety, quality, and order accuracy are never compromised. Your day will involve resolving customer complaints quickly and professionally, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude that sets the tone for the entire team. You will also act as an owner, assisting with profit and loss management, inventory control, and facility maintenance to keep the restaurant running at peak efficiency.
Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass background check criteria and drug tests, and possess reliable transportation. The role requires the ability to perform basic business math and manage subordinate employees effectively.
Employees typically average 30+ hours a week, though hours may vary depending on the operational needs of the business. The company reserves the right to change or add to job duties and responsibilities at any time with or without prior notice.
