About the Role
The Shift Lead position is designed for individuals who take great enjoyment in supporting hospital leadership in developing an efficient, productive team. You will work alongside the Practice Manager and/or Chief of Staff to guide the team toward maximizing productivity and profitability while ensuring effective communication with all clients and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day supervision of the team, ensuring quality medical care, exceptional client service, and associate engagement. You will help create an environment where associates feel good about being part of the team and are empowered to deliver their best work. A key part of your day involves leading by example in providing professional, efficient, and exceptional client service, including educating clients on Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and hospital services. You will also assist in scheduling associates to meet client needs while proactively planning time off and continuing education.
